Smithers Man Stabbed to Death -- Woman Arrested

A Smithers woman is facing charges, after the fatal stabbing of a man at the Laidlaw Trailer Park yesterday afternoon. R-C-M-P say the 30-year-old man was unresponsive when they arrived at the home around 4:20.
C-P-R was performed and the man underwent emergency surgery in hospital but died a short time later.
The 23-year-old woman was arrested at the scene.
Police believe domestic violence and alcohol were factors in the stabbing.
